Our experience with Titan Restoration was beyond our expectation! John and Mason were on top of the initial removal of water to prevent mold and mildew. Although it was an 11 day process, they made daily checks on the water levels, making sure that the process was going as planned. They were never in a hurry, answered all of our many questions, and informed us always as to what steps would follow. Ther was a team that followed that took out all of the damaged material, wrapped up cabinets and vanities and placed them in the garage. They were quiet, and worked quickly and efficently and before I knew it, they were gone. Everything was spotless! Kalobe took care of the estimates and worked with our insurance company to make sure that our claims would be covered. He was constantly keeping us informed as to where we were at in the process. Great job! Miranda was always available in helping us to have any questions answered or tracking down anyone that we need to talk with. Clint did a great job in overseeing the restoration promptly and also, putting in new plumbing. And Jafeth did an amazing job with finishing the plumping as well as all of the repairs to the cabinets, walls, painting

I had the Titan team come out and work on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and the entire team was great to work with. A special thank you to Karla, the Marketing Representative, who did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I always knew what to expect.
